Fifi Ball (Squared Away) earned a certificate in January 2004 for the specialization in chronic disorganization (CD) from the National Study Group on CD, a special interest group of the National Association of Professional Organizers.

Carol Bergeron (Bergeron Associates) had her article, "Hire the Best by Developing Talent Scouts," published online at the site of the IndUS Business Journal, January 2004.

Curtis N. Bingham (Predictive Consulting Group, Inc.) had an article entitled "Customer Insight Conduits" published in the December issue of Sales & Service Excellence.

Marisa D'Vari (Deg.com Communications) has released a new, expanded, 200-page softcover release of her book, Media Magic: Grow Rich in Your Niche with Insider Media Secrets.

Jane Hilburt-Davis (Key Resources) will speak at the American Rental Annual Convention and Tradeshow, Atlanta, GA on February 26, 2004. Her program is entitled, "The Rental Family-Understanding the Dynamics."

Bonni Carson DiMatteo, CMC (Atlantic Consultants) presented "What’s A Nice Woman Like You Doing in A Place Like This?" as a roundtable discussion at the National Automobile Dealer's Association (NADA) National Meeting in January in Las Vegas, Nevada. Also in January she presented "Lessons Learned in Family Owned Businesses" to The Commonwealth Institute, Boston, MA. Bonni's article, "Creating and Communicating your Vision," was published in the January edition of "Contact!," a publication of the New England Women's Business Owners.

Bill Evans (WorkSense Consulting Group) wrote an article entitled "Closing the Performance Gap: Five Simple Tools Can Help" published
in the Handbook of Business Strategy's 2004 edition.
