Memo
from the Prez
In
these heady post-Enron days, we management consultant find ourselves
increasingly squared off against skeptical and biased target markets.
Many of our prospects and even clients want to know: Can we be trusted
or not? Are we accountable
or not? Do we plan to deliver competence,
ethical actions, professionalism-to-a-fault
or not?!
Fortunately,
the means of breaking apart this gathering image storm lies within
our grasp. By adhering to principals, and by committing to professionalism
and results governed by integrity, the grimy slate that is Enron
can be wiped clean.
To assist in this house sweeping, IMCNE offers the following: a
spelled-out Code of Ethics, a certification
process called the "CMC" (Certified
Management Consultant) designed to direct companies toward those
individuals willing to stride the extra professional mile, and a
collegial air grounded in dedication to values.
To
learn more, contact us, visit our web site or, better yet, join
us for our Breakfast Brainstorms and other events
this summer. By integrating our work with our principals, and banding
together and envisioning an ethical consulting culture, we will
isolate future Enrons, and mark them as the aberrations they truly
are.
