Ilene Fischer is the Managing Director of the Northeast Region of tompeterscompany! She has more than eleven years experience consulting around organizational change. She has led complex engagements with clients in health care, chemical, food and beverage, telecommunications, paper, and consumer products.

Ms. Fischer was the CEO and founder of 4frontconsulting.com, an organizational change consulting firm housed on the Internet. She was an associate partner at Innovation Associates, managing IA's organizational consulting division. She was also a partner at PA Consulting Group, managing their organizational learning and change division.

Prior to joining IA, Ms Fischer served as a chemical engineer for Raytheon and a quality manager for Honeywell. She holds a B.S. in chemistry and has completed postgraduate course work in business at Harvard University Extension.
