Faculty:
Ken
Lizotte CMC, our Chief Imaginative Officer (CIO), is a popular
keynoter at conferences and company meetings and author of four
books and hundreds of published articles. Ken also serves as President
of the Institute for Management Consultants/New England, as an advisor
to Harvard University, and is a co-founder of the National Writers
Union.
Ethel
Cook, our Client Services Director, is a veteran coach, marketing
specialist, professional speaker and media expert. In 1993, Ethel
founded "Do It! Day," now an internationally acknowledged
day designed to fight procrastination and shorten those "to-do"
lists. She has also served as President of the New England Chapter
of the National Speakers Association, Vice President of the Bedford
Chamber of Commerce and is currently e-newsletter editor for the
New England chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants.
Henry
Stimpson APR, our PR Czar, dates his experience in public relations
and marketing communications back to 1980. In that time, he has
arranged client publicity in the Wall Street Journal, Business Week,
the New York Times, the Boston Globe and many others. He has also
published feature articles in Public Relations Tactics, PR Week,
Boston Business Journal, Fidelity Focus, to name a few. Henry holds
the Public Relations Society of America's APR designation and is
a director of PRSA Boston.
Steve
Markman, an emersongroup affiliate, is president and founder
of a speaker placement firm that contracts with corporate executives
and professional service firms in consulting, law, technology, healthcare,
marketing, consumer goods, and financial services. Steve writes
and lectures frequently on how to leverage speaking engagements
as a business development, marketing and public relations tool.
In earlier days, he headed the conference divisions of COMDEX, The
Conference Board, and Giga.
