IMCNE Annual Summer Summit

IMCNE is pleased to invite you to its Annual Summer Summit. The Summit is a special time when we get together to creatively plan our future. The Summit is open to members and non-members and is a time when we invite people to introduce their ideas about how IMCNE can better meet their needs. We gather to think creatively, to engage and to have fun. Much of our current success originated from previous summer Summits. So put on your thinking hat and join us on July 20.

MORE AND BETTER BUSINESS - IMCNE Annual Summer Summit

As an organization our goal is to attract and retain members through valued experiences. This year we will spend the day gathering creative and innovative ideas and converting them into action plans, which provide value to the New England consulting community. Our Value Survey told us that members want more opportunities to build relationships, build their knowledge and skills base - all leading to business development. At the Summit we will break up into small groups to do our action planning. Groups will include the following:

1. Consultant Profile - how to institutionalize it (members only benefit)

2. Accelerated Connections - how to smooth out the transition from Accelerated Connections, IMCNE's brand of networking, to evening program speakers

3. Program Content - help us identify program ideas and suggest speakers

4. Center for Entrepreneurial Growth - help us prioritize workshop topics, work out logistics and suggest speakers

5. Mentoring & Facilitating - how do we build a cadre of mentors and facilitators to support various IMCNE and its members' needs (members only benefit)

6. Types of Success Stories - how do we get the word out about all the terrific stuff that members have been benefiting from

7. CMC - understand the pros and cons for getting your CMC, how it fits into succession planning and what's involved to get it

We will also talk about succession planning, the upcoming leadership transition year and wrap up with how IMCNE will differentiate itself from other associations.

Best News of All - The Summit is offered at NO cost to you.
