Description: Selling services is a challenge. Prospects
can understand how a new machine can improve their performance/bottom-line.
To effectively market and sell services, you must make the intangible
tangible. In this seminar, you will understand:
- How
to Make the Intangible Tangible.
- Do's
and Don'ts of Marketing Your Message.
- Understand
the Difference between Benefits vs Features.
- Refine
your 10 Second Elevator Speech.
- Describe
Your Business in 7 words or less.
Pre-Session
Assignment: Create a list of services you provide in
your business. Next to each item, write down the benefit that the
customer receives from that service.
The

Your Edge is an Executive Coaching organization that works with
busy business professionals to move them from "Zany" to
"Zen". Some of Ted's notable clients include Verizon,
Nashua Chamber of Commerce, Shortys and PaeTec Communications. Ted
is currently a member of the International Coach Federation, Nashua
NH Chamber of Commerce, Rotary International, Toast Masters International,
Business Network International and on the board for the Nashua Youth
Council. Ted is also an adjunct professor at Daniel Webster College
where he teaches several management courses. He holds a Master of
Business Administration from Southern NH University and two degrees
from Bentley College. As an ICF certified Coach, Ted works with
business professionals to add "PEP" to their step--(P)rofiency,
(E)ffectiveness and (P)rofitability. He brings this passion to his
practice where he "Coaches Success Without the Whistle".
