On vs. In Business -
Achieving an effective balance
Course
Description: In this session you will learn how to effectively
balance time spent on building your consulting business with time
spent on consulting to your clients. Specific topics include:
- Discover
why it's essential to work both on and in your business
- Explore
different ways of managing your time and business tasks
- Identify
and learn to capitalize on your entrepreneurial, managerial, and/or
technical strengths
- Create
an action plan to bring more balance into your business and life
Pre-Session
Assignment: Make and bring a list of all of the business
activities that you do in a typical work week.
The
cost for this session is only $40.

Grace
Durfee, is a coach, trainer, and speaker who helps small business
owners, new coaches, and career changers achieve professional success
while enjoying more balanced lives. Her coaching company, Balance
with Grace, is based in North Andover, Massachusetts.
Grace
is in the business of transformation. She helps people discover
and use their gifts to improve their lives and the lives of others.
She specializes in working with service professionals, including
coaches, consultants, healers, organizers, speakers, designers,
and financial planners. She is a faculty member for Get Clients
NOW! TM University and uses this marketing program to move clients
and workshop participants from striving to thriving.
Grace
is passionate about coaching and is committed to the growth of the
profession. She graduated from and is a faculty member for Coach
U. She serves on the board of the New England chapter of ICF, International
Coach Federation and teaches classes on coaching at Northern Essex
Community College and the Boston Center for Adult Education.
