"Leaderful" Development:
Creating Leadership at All Levels of Business

Joe Raelin will discuss why and how new and collaborative leadership practices need to replace the conventional model of leadership in business. His research and perspective has led him to coin a new word "leaderful" to demonstrate this cutting edge model for leadership. Those attending will take away the following:

  • An assessment of conventional vs. collaborative styles of leadership behavior
  • Advice on how to incorporate "leaderful" behavior into your own leadership approach
  • How to introduce "leaderful" practice into client organizations

Joe holds the Asa S. Knowles Chair of Practice-Oriented Education at Northeastern University and is the author of seven books and over 80 articles appearing in leading management journals. He is also a management consultant with over 30 years of experience working with a wide variety of clients.

His most recent book, Creating "Leaderful" Organizations: How to Bring Out Leadership in Everyone, has been acclaimed by leading management practitioners and writers throughout the country. A scholar and frequent speaker, Joe's presentation is not to be missed.

This program is for seasoned consultants, those who are new to the field and your clients.
