IMCNE is pleased to invite you to its Annual Summer Retreat. The Retreat is a special time when we get together to creatively plan our future and have fun. It is open to members and non-members, we invite you to share new ideas about how IMCNE can better meet your needs and how and when to go about implementing them. Much of our current success originated from previous summer Retreats so plan to join us on June 28th.

IMCNE seeks to advance the business of strategic management consulting through professionalism, learning, collegiality and volunteerism, and truly serve the New England management consulting community by identifying and responding to their needs and "trying things."

We seek to provide:

• Well attended programs known for excellent learning content and premium opportunities for networking.

• Unmatched membership value that stimulates membership growth and results in unbeatable retention.

• Volunteer and board positions that are heavily sought after due to a committed/winning leadership team, exciting professional challenges, visibility among peers and relationship building forums.

This year we will spend the day gathering creative and innovative ideas and converting them into practical action plans through a mix of large and small group interactive sessions. Group topics include:

1. Programs - with emphasis on planning for the networking portions of our program events.

2. Membership - with focus on clarifying value/benefits specific to members and how to go about broadening our target audience to include small consulting firms.

3. Marketing - with priority on a master game plan and streamlining internal and external communications.

4. Volunteerism - identify additional talents needed to make the action plans a reality and explore how to attract and sustain the enthusiasm of new volunteers.
